Meeting Schedule
Den & Pack Meeting and Pack Committee Meetings are held at Chancellor Charter School - 3333 High Ridge Road in Boynton Beach
Den Meetings - Every Tuesdays in the month - Except the last Tuesday or unless noted otherwise on the pack calendar.
What are Den Meetings? Den meetings are when cub scouts break off into groups with other scouts their age. The scouts work on their required adventures, practice upcoming skits, and learn and perform lessons they will use for the rest of their lives. 

Pack Meetings - Last Tuesday of each month, unless noted otherwise on the pack calendar. 
What are Pack Meetings? Pack Meetings are when scouts perform a flag ceremony, do songs / skits, and receive advancements. The Cubmaster will update you what's going on, what's coming up and the Core Value for the the upcoming month.

Pack Committee PatchPack Committee Meetings - 3rd Monday of each month, unless otherwise noted on the pack calendar. Check with Committee Chair each month to find out location of meeting.

            What is a Pack Committee and what do they do? The Pack Committee takes care of the administrative needs of the pack. It is organized and chaired by the Pack Committee Chairperson. The pack committee consists of the committee chair and at least three people and is responsible for:
  • Finding a meeting place (Chancellor Charter is our standard meeting location)
  • Setting the Pack policies in accordance with Boy Scouting and the chartered organization.
  • Coordinating the Pack program.
  • Assist with the annual Pack charter renewal.
  • Is responsible for carrying out the policies and regulations of the Boy Scouts of America.
  • Provides encouragement and support to leaders so they can carry out the Pack program.
  • Provides the finances and fundraising coordination for the Pack.
  • Is responsible for Pack property.
  • Is responsible for the adult leadership and sees that the leadership is recruited and trained. This is all adult leadership, including Cubmaster.
  • Responsible for recommending this leadership to the Charter Organization Rep for final approval.
  • Coordination between the Pack and other scouting units, including District and Council.

A Pack Committee can consists of the following positions. (9) of them are Chaired Positions. Chaired positions have the right to cast their vote in most decision making process of the pack. We encourage our DL's and DA's to attend and cast their vote on pack issues as well. 

Members holding more than one chair position, will only be able to cast (1) vote. The Key 3 aka (K3) are the Pack Committee Chair, Charter Representative and Treasurer.  The K3 can make critical, urgent decision regarding the pack. No two position of the K3 will be held by members of the same family.

  • Den Leader Assistants (DA)
  • Interested Parents - Always need help for specific task and or events. ** Need tech savvy parent with solid laptop to help run the yearly Pinewood Derby Race. This involve adding software to your laptop and running the electronics for the race.
UPDATE: Attention Scout parents! As our current scouts grow from Cub Scouts to Webelos and on to Boy Scouts, we will need volunteers to fill positions vacated by those leaders moving on. Please look over the list and if you see something that you're interested in and fits you well, please contact  Mike SchoolcraftWe can get you started in training so when the day comes you will be more than comfortable in your new leadership role and the pack will transition smoothly. Without the help of our parents the pack cannot grow. It's up to each and every parent to help contribute as much as they can.
