Lion Uniform

The Lion Uniform

Kindergarten-aged boys start their Cub Scouting in a simple blue t-shirt with Lion logo and optional cap. Even though their uniform is not as formal as older scouts, it is an important part of the Scouting program, especially for the youngest boys just starting their boy scout trail. It identifies the boys and adults as being members of the Lion den, the pack, and the Boy Scouts of America. Boys enjoy wearing their Lion uniform. They should wear it to den meetings, pack meetings, and special pack activities.

Adults can wear a Lion polo shirt, or follow their Pack's regular adult uniforming guidelines.

The Uniform Code:
The class "A" uniform should be worn to all den and pack meetings and all scouting events unless told otherwise. The Lion T-Shirt is considered the Lion Class "A:. Your scout should arrive to camp outs wearing his class "A" and it should be worn to all Scout Sunday Service events. Your son should/will be encouraged to wear his uniform appropriately.  The shirt should always be tucked in and orderly. He should understand the importance of representing the entire Boy Scout Organization while in uniform.
